Technical Support Engineer/Software Systems Installation

Print management software is broadly used at libraries, schools and in corporate settings. Jamex installs and supports leading print management enterprise software solutions.  Jamex is looking to hire a technical support person for remote enterprise software installations and technical support of Jamex hardware installed at customer locations. Jamex provides customer support over the phone and through screen share/support session technologies.
